Helping Other people was an effective method of making certain PWB for a few participants: “volunteering also is helpful to do at any given time in which you feel that you are helpless, so I’ve been volunteering to provide foods for people” (P7).I do this stuff mainly because it will help me never to think or it helps me to control my brain.
